To book a table :

fill in the Booking form – table host

• You will receive an invoice from the organization as confirmation of your registration.
• We will send you material for your own personalized electronic invitation, together with the link to your dedicated hub on our website.
• The invoice is due before the actual date of the event December 2nd, 2010.

Cancellations

Hosted (1/2) tables can be cancelled until 1 month prior to the event. We will charge 20% of the amount due, for administration costs. For later cancellations the full amount will be charged.

Individual participations can either be replaced by another person, or canceled until 2 weeks prior to the event. We will charge 20% of the amount due, for administration costs. For later cancellations the full amount will be charged.
